I have always had some abilities such as sensing if someone was a good person or they were bad, It has always been true and had been proved so by the people, I also have also sensed others feelings and have felt I don’t if I should say a presence if I go somewhere or live somewhere new, somewhere where I feel something happened there, I just want to know if I have psychic abilities, or how to inprove them.

Much of what you describe is empathy and, perhaps, some telepathy.
The only way to know is to take a chance and begin reading people. Their feedback will give you an idea of your ability level.
Adopting a regular meditation practise is the best way to maintain and expand your intuitive skills.
I have the same exact experiences too. It seems to get stronger as time goes on. I also locate missing objects. If someone can’t find something I ask them to describe it to me, then I instantly visualize the object and sense where it is. The most intense vibration I got came from a young boy about 4 years old. I sensed he was destined for greatness as he and his parents approached me at the cash register, at a store I used to work at. After briefly talking with the parents and hearing the boy talk, it was very obvious that he was very brilliant for his age and he also spoke two languages. The only person that I talk to about my ’senses’ is my husband. I have never told anyone else. I will caution those that I sense are in danger and nothing more. I attribute my senses as a gift from God, so I do not want to glorify myself as it comes from God. Not sure how to ‘prove’ it but when I first told my husband he thought I was crazy. During the next yr. after I told him, I would tell him everything I sensed which was also proved (found missing objects, warned about bad business deal, etc). He now believes me.
Nobody is psychic, so no, you don’t have psychic powers.
The psychics you see on TV, or may have visited in your life, are simply people who excel at something known as “cold reading.” They read your emotions and your interactions as they “fish” for information. Psychics don’t exist.

sensing whether someone is good or bad or even being able to “read” them isn’t psychic abilities. i am good at this too and lots of people are. nothin to freak out about. sorry if that disappoints you.
